that works for a property management company did his best. And of course, nobody knew a permit was required to re-pipe an apartment building or seven. I was sent there on a phoned in complaint. When I got there i had to smile. It was in a neighboring jurisdiction.

But somebody else got the last laugh because I was transferred to that jurisdiction and had to deal with this.
