AC return in accessible bathroom

Just wondering if there are any problems with having the access door to an air condition inside an accessible restroom, intake facing out to another room. If someone could direct me to any code, would appreciate it.

It might be OK as long as the door is gasketed and the return is ducted. I wouldn't do it if the air handler room served as the return plenum.
