2009 IBC 1110.2 requires directional signs in an accessible space indicating directions to the closest accessible exit at non accessible exits. Employee work areas only need a way in and out per 1103.2.3
A very large building that is all employee work area with 50 exit doors but only two are accessible. Is the whole building considered an accessible space and does 48 doors need to have a directional sign?
