I am reviewing an adult education - B - use which includes technical training facilities such as welding, metallurgy, and other hands on training rooms. this facility includes a wide variety of technical training from nursing to welding. I do not look at this as a mixed use situation however I am open to other opinions on this matter. This project is being constructed under the 2018 IBC.

Thanks

Yep, You'll want to find some technical backup to make sure the space is built to F Standards to compartmentalize this Use

CTE ( CTE AKA Vo-Tech ) usually design these spaces in their own wing with exits to outside for each room
