Never going to work spacing is way off, not even close, look at the distance the bags are off the wall. Does not appear the water supply is automatic either. I wonder if I feel for the raised seal will I find one?

Based on OP, not funny saw this once before in a building meant to kill firefighters and there was no water in the bags that's for sure.

That area was all dry ice in coolers...50lbs makes some real bubbly punch for a party....
