Anchor bolts

I try to catch this mistake at the foundation inspection.

Obviously I let them down with the wording of the correction notice because someone thought this would take care of the problem.

This is an epoxied all-thread. Between you and the deputy inspector, I would think that one of you would have noticed that the rod was sinking.
