Another saw mill explosion in British Columbia, Canada

This is the second saw mill explosion within a year in British Columbia, Canada. Now the Provincial Government is to inspect all saw mills in the province because of this second explosion. Sad to see that fire safety is always a reactive approach not a proactive approach.
