Is there any exceptions to utility company cabinets, (CATV battery back-up ground cabinet). I have a utility cabinet project and it went awry.
•Cabinet is a different location from plans.
•Plans indicate a disconnect next to the meter can, No exterior disconnect on cabinet, a 20-amp SQ-D breaker was placed inside the cabinet which is under lock and key.
•POCO requires the meter to be grounded, wire is protected in conduit but enters the bottom section of the cabinet, the sparky split bolted the ground wire in the lower section of the cabinet and ran the wire into earth, no ground rod is visible.
I know it's only a 20-amp breaker but is a normal install?
