I was actually going to post an irreverent, humorous blurb poking fun at possible future ADA vs. Roach Coach shenanigans, when it occurred to me to first Google "ADA and Food Trucks". I was not disappointed.

How to regulate food trucks is becoming her has been a major issue in many American cities as their popularity grows. Locally as long as the food truck operator(s) will come to a disabled person to take orders and deliver food they are considered to be in compliance. That actually makes sense because that way they are receiving the same service as anyone else. It's really not a major issue in this case unless you get into seating and bathroom issues which normally don't come into play with food trucks.
