Building a commercial kitchen, having trouble finding what standard grease trap regulations are. I'm in Victoria, but it seems to change by state?

Any ideas?

Apologies, if this is such a novice question.

Welcome

Not to many Barbies here, but the ones here might give you some ideas.

No plumber friends there.

Ask the local code authorities?

Cheers, cda. I'll ask around. Always good to open more channels - don't want to blow any more dosh and be told it doesn't meet the standards

Hey mate, do you know much grease you'll be producing?

This is the standard commercial kitchen grease trap parameters.

As you're in Vic, I recommend checking out this. There's a calculator here that can help you make sure you have the right size to be up to code. It all depends on the volume from what I understand.
