Average height from grade

Hi everyone,

Apologies for what might be a silly post, but I am struggling to figure out the height from the average grade to the average of the highest gable. Hopefully the links to screenshots below can help someone smarter than me find this number.

Now and then the building height as applied by the building code is the average height of the gable which is not the actual height at the ridge. The roof here is sorta wonky.
