I had that happen to me a while back. A thread was locked and I was the one that locked it.....but I didn't do it on purpose. I unlocked it and went on about my business.

Can you tell who locked it?

Yes and I emailed them to make sure it was an accident before I open it back up. I don't want to undermine a moderator but I will over-rule them once I get the story.
