The WoodWorks Suite, specifically Sizer, produced by the American Wood Council is a very powerful program as well.

StruCalc has been sold to The Vitruvius Project (https://www.thevitruviusproject.com/), and although it will be supported it will no longer be updated as they transition to Vitruvius StruCalc and above. What I've learned is that if you pre-order Vitruvius Base you will receive a free license for StruCalc 10 (latest version) to use now along with a license for Vitruvius Base when it is released.
