ICE has inspired me to run this series...hope it works and thanks to Poobah back in the day on assistance for the IIIB debacle I was dealing with; it took me two years to get resolved:

Finally putting the mess to bed and the flammable liquids are housed outside the structure in a trailer 50' from the exterior wall.
