Ok, notice a bunch of plastic looking things in a old bread warehouse while heading to a consultation and think Hummmm? Stop in and ask if I can take a closer look. I hear..... they do these in Texas all the time. I reply....I know a couple of Texans let me make a few calls. The AST's are all poly material and the maximum capacity of all of these are over 39, 000 gallons all IIIB liquids. Now these photos were taken during the acceptance testing for what took 2 years to gain minimum code compliance: (Props given to Haz Mat Poohbah for hearing my fustrations in research and assistance)

It did meet NFPA 16 and 13 and test results were good. Glad this one is over :)

Rjj,

Yes the max capacity of all tanks filled. They also had >800 60 gal. containers and 50 IBC's unprotected. They agreed to separate and reduce the storage of the containers and IBC's to a level considered as "unprotected".......now it's just a policing matter but we have documentation.
