Help, again. Does anyone know of an expert witness on building codes who testifies in court? I previously posted under "Help Please". It looks as if we are headed to court. Would sincerely appreciated any assistance in finding an expert witness.

Does your request for an "expert Building Inspector who

testifies well in court" have to be from the Lynchburg area,

or from the State of Virginia, or can one be hired from

anywhere ?
