Are door maneuvering clearances required at guest rooms that aren't one of those required to have mobility features?

I'm looking at:

Bathrooms doors shall be either sliding or hung to swing in the direction of egress form the bathroom.

11B-404.2.3 Clear Width

Door openings shall provide a clear wdth of 32 inches minimum.

11B-404.2.4 Manueving clearances

Minimum maneuvering clearances at doors and gates shall comply with Section 11B-404.2.4. Manueving clearances shall extend the full width of the doorway and the required latch side or hinge side clearance

I have an image but I am "not authorized" to add attachments

Thank you
