Gotta love the fact that this had a C of O issued under the 2009 IRC and Yes, this was in place for the final. I love finding stuff like this just outside my jurisdiction and realize why we have complaints about "the other inspector in XXX town does not make us do that"

Maybe they moved some rocks....? Handrails looked like they were mitered for returns.......How high is that?

gotta be close to 12' Probably not the "required" egress as far as lighting......
