Have an existing A-3 museum installing 2 new display cases anchored to wall that is 5ft wide by 3ft deep by 23ft high in a 2-story atrium space in this construction Type IB non-sprinklered building. Would the display cases be considered interior trim, light transmitting plastics, decorative material or furnishings. And, regardless of how it is defined, should it be subject to §803.1.1 and §2606 of the BCNYS.
