NCMA is your best bet,as Paul referenced above. Additionally, follow his link to the map (you have to "click through" one of their regional members to get to the TEK manual), and contact one of those regional manufacturers directly. I'm sure they would be happy to give you direction with specific concerns, and even email you excerpts of standards, etc.
