If you happen to have a chipotle restaurant in your area did you require

1. Any type of hood???

2 if a type I hood an extinguishing system???

Why wouldn't want be required? They do cooking on a grill and according to code a hood and extinguisher system are required.

None in my town. But I'm a regular customer in Houston. Definately a type I hood and suppressiona system required. I don't think there's any way out of it. By the way, I also recoomend Bullritos. Love their chow too! They're both great places to chow down.

I guess I didn't do that review....we only had some small issues that were mostly site specific (existing building) and they dance the line with 1 or 2 exit doors required....

well had a nice set of plans setting on the desk today, and great they are showing a type I hood with system!!!!!!

yes they are showing two exits in the dining area, occupant load over 50 just for the dining
