City Project

Our city has a pool like that.

Side doors can be opened in summer shut in winter.

As said before, if bathroom is about the biggest thing let it go.

City wants to re purpose an old cotton gin for assembly purposes. The building was being built in the 1900's. I refused to sign off on this project read below regardless of duress from former city manager. Hence Former City Manager.The Normal

6500 sqft.

Sprinklered

Occ Load Around 400 people.
This a Risk Category II occupancy and should be evaluated for structural upgrades (wind loads) at the very minimum for your area

1007.2 Snow and wind loads.

Buildings and structures subject to a change of occupancy where such change in the nature of occupancy results in higher wind or snow risk categories based on Table 1607.1 of the International Building Code shall be analyzed and shall comply with the applicable wind or snow load provisions of the International Building Code.
