It is at exposed frame at the moment. This is a concept, the open doors you see are typ storefront doors with wired glass, the see through wall is perforated steel wall panels. Lots of pinhead sized holes. On the inside there is a counter without sink and about a 30k lighting package...

Our city has a pool like that.

Side doors can be opened in summer shut in winter.

As said before, if bathroom is about the biggest thing let it go.

City wants to re purpose an old cotton gin for assembly purposes. The building was being built in the 1900's. I refused to sign off on this project read below regardless of duress from former city manager. Hence Former City Manager.The Normal
