codes for storing ethanol, hydrogen gas storage?

for Pennsylvania what are the building codes that govern the storage of ethanol, hydrogen gas, etc. at a national science museum with mixed use research areas?

If under the I codes would look at chapter. 3 ibc

And under international fire code start at chapter 27 and some of the others up to 44, which everyone's apply

If a design or construction contract for proposed work was signed between December 31, 2009, and December 30, 2012, the 2009 International Codes must be complied with.
