Could someone assist me in finding the zoning regulations pertinent to a commercial property adjacent to a residential area? I'm particularly interested in provisions regarding permissible light pollution, specifications for fencing, and guidance on addressing drainage concerns, given that this property is situated at a higher elevation than ours.

I've contacted the City of Fort Worth, but I'm being told that this is considered a private issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
