This new three story Georgian Style facility will include 77, 500 square feet of residential space and 240 parking spaces will be provided. The facility includes 150 rooms (300 person spaces) in the standard military two-plus-zero room configuration with semi-private bathrooms, walk-in closets, and ceiling fans. Community and service core areas consist of a passenger/freight elevator, laundry facilities, lounges, administrative offices, housekeeping areas, and public restrooms.Site improvements will include barbeques and picnic areas, lighted volleyball courts and an exterior equipment washdown and drying area. Landscaping will include trees, shrubs and turf grass.Customer: NAVFAC WashingtonContract Value: $28,907,281Scheduled Completion – August 2013

$373.00 per sq ft for the project. I assume that includes all site improvements. Any idea what the construction cost for the buildings are?
 
Our new school is in for $40mil construction value at 75,000 ft......$60mil total.......sounds like a bargain to me......!
