The previous use was Educational for a elementary school. We would like to convert the classrooms into Hobby Rooms (band rehearsals, art studio/workshop, etc.). Would the new Usage Group be B or A? Other rooms such as Gym & Auditorium would like to convert into S-1 for Contractor Storage.

Welcome

So going to a private/ business run building??? Not school district related?

And, individual teachers/ instructors would rent a room by the month or such?

And, no set steady hours, as in a student is there five days a week??

Any, rooms for concerts, art exhibit/ sales???
