COVID temp exception for use of restaurant parking lots for dining?

Via a temporary waiver, we have been able to allow the use of parking for outdoor dining. One of the conditions is not to impact the accessible parking.

It might be reasonable to block some accessible spaces if the new seating seating capacity is reduced, thus reducing the required number of parking spaces, as long as the number of remaining accessible spaces are adequate for the reduced number of spaces overall.
