This is how it started. The plumbing was leaking. The 88 year old owner found a general contractor instead of a plumber.



I was there to inspect the plumbing that was replaced. I found part of the floor covered with 5/8 plywood.



(You might notice that this picture is out of sequence. Then again, you might not because you can't read this fatboy.)

I asked the owner to show me his paperwork so that I could discern what has been done.



I asked that the plywood be removed. There is no T&G or backing of the edges.





Well then, another senior citizen is getting fleeced. During WWII he worked as a chemist. The drug company was tasked with figuring out how German pilots could fly at a much higher altitude than we could. Seems like an odd job for a chemist but as he explained it, steroids played a part.

I have alerted the elder abuse dept.
 
That's when you wish you could call the cops.........or just take the contractor out back for a little chat.............sick and twisted........
