I have a 3-story VB mixed use B/R-2 fully sprinkled building which is Hotel and day spa. My questions are about the spa portion. They are proposing 3 massage rooms with integrated toilet and shower rooms in each.
My questions are regarding the accessibility requirements of these massage rooms. Does each need to be fully accessible or do we require one of the three rooms to be fully accessible and the only the employee work area of the other two, or do none of them have to be accessible?
