Design of commercial decks

Is there a general design load that the RDP uses for decks that are to be used for commercial vs residential structures?

For example, what loading would you use for a deck that was going to be attached to a restaurant for use by patrons?
 
2006 IBC Table 1607.1 #9 indicates that uniform live load for a deck should be the same as the occupancy served. So in the case of a restaurant, I'd go with #10 and require 100 psf.
