Rather than tile under the condenser, the tile setter ran right up to it and locked it in place. I'd say that's a sure bet to rot the bottom of the condenser.
 
probably.. .also don't see a service receptacle for it.. nice location for holding dishes coming off the hot plate, tho.

The condensor is supposed to be elevated.

No offense, ICE, but you may want to "say" something when you post photos.

No offense taken. It's not like I get writer's block. I suppose that since I know what's up, the subject of the photo seems readily apparent to me. I should provide more detail simply because you asked for it and I will.

There is no requirement for a service receptacle.
 
that's the problem with photos.. we know what we saw.. it just doesn't already reflect to others. Why do you say there is no requirement for a service receptacle? 25' of the equipment has been in the code forever!

We don't do that on residential condensers.
