This thread is mostly for the lurkers out there who read but never speak. Here are the rules.

1. Ask any code question no matter how basic it may be.

2. Answers to these questions will not be condescending or rude.

3. Seriously. Ask the question.

The idea is to get some participation from those of you in the background. This is your chance to jump in if you are timid or intimidated by the process or the people here. When I first started out I had a million dumb questions and I still do. Don't be shy. Ask away.

OK. I will start. Is a soldier course of brick self supporting or does it need a lintel or something?

Next question?

This is like the get out of jail free card. Maybe people will participate if they are immune from being made fun of. God help em if they jump into any other threads though. Then it's fair game. Seriously though, we all started somewhere.

Are those soldier bricks at attention or at ease?

Sigh. This isn't working.
Seriously? You thought it would work!?!

They will post when they, not you, are ready.

Lets try this: Post a picture. No comment. Pictures of what you have a question about. If it is posted here, people will start jabbering about what's wrong. You can learn and so can others. Me too. Since I am only 4' tall, without pictures, I would miss out on a bunch of the world.
