E-Plan Electronic Plan Review software/online

I was just thrown into yet another plan review system since I cover multiple municipalities. Does anyone have any experience and opinion/tips for using E-Plan?

Looks like I don't have to learn it. They are transferring everything to our system then after review back to theirs.
