Do open air playgrounds on "E" occupancies have an occupancy rating? If you cover a portion of a playground with a solar voltaic structure what would the occupancy of the area beneath it be considered? (A-3 or?).

What would you classify it if there are no solar panels? It does not matter what is on the roof you need to know the use under the structure to determine occupancy classification>
How about an
303.6 Assembly Group A-5.
Group A-5 occupancy includes assembly uses intended for participation in or viewing outdoor activities including, but not limited to:
Where a structure is proposed for a purpose that is not specifically listed in this section, such structure shall be classified in the occupancy it most nearly resembles based on the fire safety and relative hazard.
