Our company is involved in revitalizing a town, and I really want to get some education to help me understand the Plan Reviewer's decisions. I was thinking of doing an online certification program. I found one that has a 42 hour B2 certification course, but I wanted to find a B3 certification course. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm sure a lot of the B2 course would cross over, unless you experts have a different opinion.
