Alright here's another one for you guys. I am very new to the IBC so please forgive the inexperience.
In a tenant space in a commercial building the owner wants to add an interior wall to make the main building power panel h
The owner of a commercial building wants to add an interior room to a space where a florist is moving in. This room would enclose the main building electrical panel and make an 'electrical room'.
IIRC there is a min room dimension in the IRC. But I cant find anything like that in the IBC. I have looked in the electrical code, mechanical code and IBC. I see some stuff but not specifically for electrical rooms. Still I just feel like there must be a general min room size.
Do any of you have any experience with this?
