The first layer is officially tied down. Two more layers to go. The roof deck is 3 1/2 inches of concrete on 1 inch pan decking on top of that to give the correct pitch is lightweight, insulated concrete. There will be three layers in total when this is done. This is what happens when you construct on the ocean.
