existing unlimited area building question.

I agree w/ Brudgers that current code is what matters especially in a change of use.....

TJ....is also correct, you can get away with some pretty big mezzanines in unlimited area buildings...but that is another story.....

Not a mezzanine. Clear floor height is required to be 7 feet above and below.
