Exit Passageway Uses

Looking for some clarity on Exit Passageways. 1024 (CBC 2019) says they are to be used for the purposes of:

Means of Egress
Circulation Path

Furthermore, openings into the passageway are only allowed "as necessary for exit access to the passageway from occupied spaces."

Do you see anything wrong with the attached passageway? I'll keep my opinion to myself for now.

Thank you!

First look, I don't see an apparent issue. Not a fan of the egress going past the generators, but not sure I could find a code section against it.

There could be a lot of issues, or none. Not a lot to go off of. Agreed, maybe the generators, also what's beyond the generators? A sidewalk? Lawn? Parking garage? Another building? 1024.4 Termination could be an issue? 1024.2 Width and capacity? Door going out is too small? Ventilation? Standpipes?

No issues there, this leads to a sidewalk that leads to public way. What I was questioning was the fact that we're passing thru the passageway with a main corridor.
