Exiting from modular classrooms

Given the picture below (2018 IBC):
Each side has an OL of 33, so one exit required from each space. The combined OL of 66 would seem to require two exits from the story per 1006.3.3 #1 & t1006.3.3.2. Is the convergence of each exit to a single MOE (ramp) compliant? If not, adding a stair on the side opposite of the ramp would provide two MOE's, but they wouldn't be separated per 1007.1.1?? Ignore the other elements, this is just an example I found on the internet.
