exiting onto a ramp

Have a office/warehouse plan, three of the exits, do so onto a ramp. This ramp is also used for trucks to back up to with an overhead door. In section 1010 (IBC 2009...yes they are behind & have not adopted anything newer), there are three exceptions for the ramps section. 1-is for assembly seating areas. 2-curb ramps. 3-vehicle ramps in parking garages. It seems like there should maybe be an exception for a ramp that is used in this way but the way I read it, there is not. We are talking about a general means of egress and not an accessible means of egress.
My conclusion is that the ramps would need to comply with slope, vertical rise, etc...

First of all, why are we not talking about an accessible MOE?....But then, yes, if it is a MOE component, it would have to meet those requirements and don't forget handrails if it is steeper than 1:20....

They already have their accessible means of egress & exits, these particular exits/ramps are in addition to. And agreed on the handrails.

If your building already complies with egress requirements without this exit just don't put an exit sign at these doors.
