Have a office/warehouse plan, three of the exits, do so onto a ramp. This ramp is also used for trucks to back up to with an overhead door. In section 1010 (IBC 2009...yes they are behind & have not adopted anything newer), there are three exceptions for the ramps section. 1-is for assembly seating areas. 2-curb ramps. 3-vehicle ramps in parking garages. It seems like there should maybe be an exception for a ramp that is used in this way but the way I read it, there is not. We are talking about a general means of egress and not an accessible means of egress.
My conclusion is that the ramps would need to comply with slope, vertical rise, etc...
