In a symmetrical UL test assembly is it a given that it is tested from both sides since that is the method used by ASTM E 119 or UL 263? Conversely, in a non-symmetrical assembly, if an assembly is shown to have a rating, then is it given that the shortest duration is what led to the assigned rating?
