Exterior Exit Stairs Unenclosed/Uncovered

1675377840259.pngHere's the two stairs in question. This is the third floor plan. Second floor is very similar.
By the way, I know this is CBC 2022 but I think IBC 2021 is very similar in the related portions of the code.
