Faced or Unfaced(?) insulation with air barrier behind showers located along exterior walls? What are yall's thoughts? Thanks!

I've usually seen paper faced insulation and a Tyvek or 3/16" plywood air barrier. It's probably best to slit the insulation facing, but it isn't that much of a vapor barrier anyway, especially if the insulation flanges are stapled to the sides of the studs.
