Fail of my week

So long story short, last week I closed down a commercial building for many reasons but figured I would post a few photos to share with everyone.

Since you just closed it down (as an AHJ I assume) and it is probably a hot topic with possible legal implications, it is probably best to leave it here out of the public for now. Your call, we will move it. It would also be nice to have some references as to what violation prompted this.

So this company started building there new shop. but the only inspection was done was the foundation. the Water board brought up that they never finished there storm water and my self and a building inspector went out to check the building and they built the building them-self no contractor. this building is only 6 months old. The kicker is i have been out since and they are still working in the building.
 
This building was also never built to the blueprints that were submitted to myself and the building department witch they were over 5000 sq ft repair shop which required a sprinkler system before they could use the building.
