FEMA to issue building regulations to protect orcas and salmon

Coug Dad,

If we don't know better than to build our home in an area we know will be exposed to flooding, and the insurance companies won't touch it; the Federal Government will insure (with our tax money) that you can rebuild in the same dangerous place.

FEMA, padumb, in the morning;

FEMA, all through the night, padumb, dumb, dumb;

FEMA, my house is flooding, oh FEMA plea ese make it right;

Just give me money, pum, pum, pum pe dumb dumb;

FEMA, ju ust make it alright; pease give me money.

Somebody just shoot me,

Uncle Bob

UB, it will cover a building above the flood plain but whose construction could impact the flood plain thereby harming the run off and habitat for the orca and salmon.

The only "endangered species" in America right now are private sector employees.

Just leave the salmon alone and they will do fine. If you give them a path they will swim around or over the obstruction. End of the day FEMA has allow the dams that kill the fish off. EPA and the States have allowed the commercial fishermen to net everything they can find. The fish just don't have a chance. We are just out of control in this country. Have been for years.
