Fire Separation Distance and Ground Level Decks or Stair Landings/Stairs to Ground Level

Hello forum. Question regarding FSD and what may encroach or how measurement may be affected? IBC 2021. Multiple single-story R-3 buildings on the same lot. VB construction and buildings will be sprinklered. FSR imaginary line will be equal distance between two buildings of 5 feet or greater, where exterior wall fire-rating is not required.

May either of the following exist within the 5-ft FSD?
- Ground level deck structure. Would be separate for each building.
- Exterior exit stairway, landing w/ stairs to grade
