Flame Spread testing agency

I am about to install a textile wall covering and need to have the assembly tested and certified. Other than Govmark, doe anyone know of another testing agency out there? I am doing the work in California and the test must provide both a flame spread index and smoke-developed index.

What rating level do you have to meet??

How thick is the textile??

Or is this a panel??

Do you just need the textile tested??
