FLOOR RATING FOR A TWO STORY BLDG. CONSTRUCTION TYPE III-B

Looking at table 601 of the IBC it says 0 for floor rating, if the tenant on the first floor wants an exposed ceiling can the 2X12 and decking of the second floor be exposed?
