For the required 2nd exit from a (B) tenant on the 2nd floor, can it go through another tenant space?
This is sprinklered Type VB.
I would think it could since the corridor (dashed blue line), in the red tenant space, doesn't need to be a rated corridor, since it is sprinklered.

I know about '1016.2 Egress Through Intervening Spaces`, but would that apply here, as the area with the(dashed blue line, is basically a corridor.

If it can't be locked, technically it shouldn't be a problem....and yes 1016.2 would apply...Accessory gets funny, but you mention corridor...Looks more like a lobby but egress through a lobby is generally allowed...This section could help:

1016.2.1 Multiple Tenants​

Where more than one tenant occupies any one floor of a building or structure, each tenant space, dwelling unit and sleeping unit shall be provided with access to the required exits without passing through adjacent tenant spaces, dwelling units and sleeping units.
Exception: The means of egress from a smaller tenant space shall not be prohibited from passing through a larger adjoining tenant space where such rooms or spaces of the smaller tenant occupy less than 10 percent of the area of the larger tenant space through which they pass; are the same or similar occupancy group; a discernible path of egress travel to an exit is provided; and the means of egress into the adjoining space is not subject to locking from the egress side. A required means of egress serving the larger tenant space shall not pass through the smaller tenant space or spaces.

Thanks @steveray, unfortunately 1016.2.1 does not allow one tenant to pass through another tenant space.
In this particular example, the smaller tenant space is about 40% of the larger tenant space, so we cannot use the exception--if i'm interpreting it correctly.
